The role will involve the designing of lighting projects primarily for exterior lighting applications. 

This may also include visiting sites to establish lighting requirements, discussing technical issues with the customers and the measurement of light levels which may involve occasional working at night.

The design of lighting schemes will require extensive use of CAD systems, lighting programs such as AGi32, and the preparation of technical reports.

It is desirable for the candidate to be fully trained in Lighting Design, preferably exterior lighting projects. Product specific training will be given within the company. 

The candidate will need to demonstrate good lighting, and lighting design knowledge backed up with a Lighting qualification from ILP or LET courses.

The candidate must also possess a high degree of accuracy, have the ability to work in a team whilst being able to focus on and work to deadlines
