My client are seeking a qualified asbestos surveyor in the Midlands area.

Due to securing a large domestic and commercial contract, they are seeking experienced asbestos surveyors to carry out Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys and provide consultancy services. The projects will be located across the Midlands region.

Essential requirements:

• BOHS P402 qualified with a minimum of 3 years field experience
• Full UK driving license
• Experience in working on Commercial type buildings
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good level of IT skills (Microsoft Office packages + TEAMS)
• Broad knowledge of the Health and Safety legislation in relation to asbestos
