BMS Project Manager – London and home counties
Salary £45,000 to £55,000 per annum + company vehicle/car allowance & benefits

Job Description
An opportunity to work in a progressive controls company (Trend System House) as the specialist BMS Project Engineer/Manager with additional contract management and project engineering duties.
You will be required to liaise with operations director, design engineer and electrical supervisor to manage BMS controls installation projects varying from £10,000 to £300,000
from start to finish.
Your duties will include preparing the ‘Description of Operation’ at the start of the project to compiling the ‘Operation and Maintenance Manual’ on completion, with responsibility for managing all financial aspects (applications, invoices and variations) including ordering throughout the contract period.
The role will be customer facing as you will be required to attend site meetings both on site and at the client’s offices.
You must have a full driving licence and live within the South West or London area.
You will be expected to work from the Office when not on site although there is some flexibility when working from home is a more productive option.

Skills Experience
A hands-on background in Trend BMS controls is essential
Most recent experience in Project Management specialising in Trend BMS is essential
Excellent written and verbal skills are essential
Trend software writing ability is desirable
Control panel design is desirable

£45 - £55K Annual (salary dependant on experience)
