Experienced BMS / controls electrician with a minimum of 10 years experience within the BMS / HVAC controls

industry.

The candidate must be conversant with TREND BMS control systems.

Living in the south east of England / London area.

Full driving license required

Role

Managing the Installation process of the BMS / HVAC control systems.

Managing the financial process of the projects (Applications / Invoicing / Variations etc).

Liaise with the Client and attend site / client meetings.

Liaise with the Operations director and the systems design engineer.

Liaise with the Electrical installation supervisor.

Ensure the project is completed (Handover completed and O & M manual issued)

£45k - £55K Annual (Salary dependant on experience)
