The position of Business Development Sales Engineer is a key role within my client’s sales and marketing team.
Working closely with the Sales and Marketing Manager and Customer Services Team Leader to meet sales targets and generate profitable sales in a nominated geographic area, directly with new and existing customers is a pre requisite in order to grow the company.
Seeking out new opportunities to increase sales and develop existing customers by liaising with the UK Sales Coordinator to implement sales and marketing initiatives and work plans.
Interacting with the UK Coordinator to efficiently and effectively deal with the customer’s enquiries, projects, complaints and technical concerns to successful conclusion. Proactively hunting out potential new business, including cold calling, pursuing all opportunities to quote across the My client’s range and close the sale.
Reporting on sales activity, constantly seeking out areas to improve customer service performance and providing feedback for new product ideas and services that can generate new revenue streams.
