PRIME JOB OBJECTIVES:
To maintain, repair, service and modify the Company's range of products as instructed.
To build up and maintain good customer relationships.
To achieve agreed targets.
To service, maintain, overhaul, fault find and cure faults on the Company's products.
To deal promptly with customers' enquiries, complaints or problems and refer immediately to higher authority if required. To approach your Leader whenever help is required.
To know and understand how to use any My clients equipment documentation relevant to the job.
To maintain 'vehicle stocks', Company tools, manuals and all other Company property in good and clean order.
To correctly complete and submit work sheets, weekly report sheets and all other relevant returns on time.
To be in contact with your Service Co-ordinator at least once a day.
To promote and sell service agreements.
To report back to your Leader any customer misusing our equipment (hired or owned by the customer).
To ensure that the Company's safety regulations are followed at all times, and report any anomalies immediately.
To meet agreed revenue targets.
To promote at all times a good Company image, know the Company’s procedures related to your job and develop good customer relations.
