The Remedial Operations Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of all site based Remedial activities within our Water Hygiene service operation in the North. Responsibilities will include the efficient planning and deployment of field based fitters using internal IT systems, effective management of health & safety, optimisation of productivity, profitability of contracts, quality control of service delivery and liaison with clients and suppliers.
The Remedial Operations Manager will also be responsible for the P & L of the department, effective forecasting and general financial management.
The successful applicant must be a certified plumber and have extensive knowledge of Legionella Control in accordance with ACOP (L8) compliance for hot and cold water systems, good man management, customer liaison skills and exposure to a similar role within the Water Hygiene sector; a water treatment based background would also be advantageous.
The successful applicant must be a C&G qualified plumber, IT literate, confident with MS packages and bespoke computer databases, well organised and have a high level of customer care skills.
