Key Responsibilities:

• This position requires working on stair lifts, through the floor lifts and ceiling/ mobile/ bath hoists, profiling beds and step lifts of varying manufacturers.
• You will be required to install, maintain, and repair installs as and where required.
• You may be required to train customers on how to use the products
• Perform sling inspections
• Be competent with stock keeping
• Leasing with service co-ordinators
• Provide a first class service and outstanding customer care

Essential Requirements: 

• Previous Experience and training on various products within the lift industry
• Fault finding skills
• A Clean full UK driving license is essential
• Customer liaison skills in sensitive scenarios. 
• Ability to work to deadlines
